Grid LLC (“Grid”, “us”, “we”, “our”) provides the website, application (“App”), and services (collectively the “Service”) to you subject to the following Terms and Conditions (“T&C” or “Legal Terms”). By accessing and/or using this website, application, and/or services, you represent that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by the Terms and Conditions of service. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE WITH ALL OF THESE LEGAL TERMS, THEN YOU ARE EXPRESSLY PROHIBITED FROM USING THE SERVICE AND YOU MUST DISCONTINUE USE IMMEDIATELY.
We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to make changes, modifications, or supplements to these Legal Terms. We will alert you about any changes by updating the “Last updated” date above, and you waive any right to receive specific notice of each such change. Grid may, in its sole discretion and at any time, update, change, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Service, temporarily or permanently.
3. Disclaimer
The opinions and interpretations expressed in the Content across all Services represent the views of the Owner and do not represent the views of, nor are they endorsed by, the Department of Defense or any specific military branch (e.g. Army, Navy, Air Force).
4. Accuracy of Information Provided
We make efforts to provide users with accurate information. However, the Department of Defense Instructions, Joint Travel Regulations (JTRs), laws and applicable policies are updated intermittently and take time to update coding and Content for the Services to align. We do not represent or otherwise warrant that our Website and Services will be error-free or that we will correct any errors. Grid LLC does not guarantee the sequence, accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any information provided by the website, application, and/or services. Grid LLC reserves the right, in our sole discretion, to modify any content, software, and other items used or contained in our Services at any time without notice. You agree that we have no obligation to update, correct, or edit any information provided.
Furthermore, you agree that Grid LLC is not responsible for, and is not liable for any damages caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with, any decision made or any actions taken as a result of any information obtained in connection with the website, application, or services of Grid LLC, including but not limited to any decisions or actions taken in connection with inaccuracies, misprints, or errors in any information or services provided by us.
5. Intellectual Property
All content available through the Service, including designs, text, graphics, images, software, audio, data information, source code, functionality, and their selection and arrangement (“Service Content”) as well as the logos contained therein are the proprietary property of Grid LLC. Our Content, as found in our Website and Services, is protected under United States and foreign copyrights. No Service Content may be modified, copied, distributed, republished, downloaded, scraped, displayed, posted, transmitted, or sold in any form or by any means, in whole or in part, other than as expressly permitted in these Terms and Conditions.
If we ever grant you written permission to post, reproduce, or publicly display any part of our Service Content, you must identify us as the owners or licensors of the Services and Content and ensure that proprietary notice appears or is visible on posting or displaying our content.
Any breach of these Intellectual Property Rights will constitute a material breach of our Legal Terms and your right to use our Services will terminate immediately.
6. Acceptable Use of the Services
You may use the website, application, or services for personal use only and not for any business, commercial or other use. The use of the website, application, or services of Grid LLC by anyone under the age eighteen (18) is strictly prohibited. You may not use the Services for any illegal purposes or in any manner inconsistent with the T&C.

You may not access or use the Services for any purpose other than that for which we make the Services available. The Services may not be used in connection with any commercial endeavors except those that are specifically endorsed or approved by us.
You expressly agree not to “frame”, “mirror” or otherwise incorporate any part of this website or application into any other website or application without our prior written consent.
You may not systematically retrieve data or other content from the Services to create or compile, directly or indirectly, a collection, compilation, database, or directory without written permission from us.
As a User of our Services, you agree not to:
- Use Our Content or Services to develop a competing website or application;
- Use our Content or Services to create compilations or derivative works as defined under United States copyright laws;
- Decompile, reverse engineer, disassemble, attempt to derive the source code, or decrypt the App or Website;

- Use our Content, Website, and/or App for any revenue-generating endeavor, commercial enterprise, or other purpose for which it is not designed or intended;
- Use our Content, Website, and/or App for creating a product, service, or software that is, directly or indirectly, competitive with or in any way a substitute for our Services;
- Use any proprietary information to any of our interfaces or our other intellectual property in the design, development, manufacture, licensing, or distribution of any applications, accessories, or devices for use with the App.
8. Legal Compliance
You agree to comply with all applicable domestic and international laws, statutes, ordinances, and regulations regarding your use of our Website, Content, Services, and any software provided therein.
9. User Contributions & Submissions
Users may post their content to our Website through our Services (User Content). Users and Visitors understand that by using our Website or Service, they may be exposed to content that is offensive, indecent, or objectionable. We have no control over User Content and do not in any way guarantee its quality, accuracy or integrity. Grid is not responsible for the monitoring or filtering of any User Content. Should any User Content be found illegal, we will submit all necessary information to relevant authorities.
- SUBMISSIONS: By directly sending us any question, comment, suggestion, idea, feedback, or other information about the Services (“Submissions”), you agree to assign us all intellectual property rights in such Submission. You agree that we shall own this Submission and be entitled to its unrestricted use and dissemination for any lawful purpose, commercial or otherwise, without acknowledgement or compensation by you.
- CONTRIBUTIONS: The Services may invite you to chat, contribute to, or participate in blogs, message boards, online forums, and other functionality during which you may create, submit, post, display, transmit, publish, distribute, or broadcast content and materials to us or through the Services, including but not limited to text, writings, video, audio, photographs, music, graphics, comments, reviews, rating suggestions, personal information, or other material (“Contributions”). Any submission that is publicly posted shall also be treated as a Contribution.
You understand that Contributions may be viewably by other users of the Services. As a User of our Services, you agree not to upload, post, or otherwise transmit any User Content to our Website that:

- Contains software viruses or any other computer code, files, or programs designed to interrupt, destroy, or limit the functionality of any computer software or hardware, or to extract information from our Website or Services;
- Contains any unsolicited or unauthorized advertising, solicitations, promotional materials, junk mail, spam, chain letters, multi-level marketing or pyramid schemes, or any other form of solicitation;
- (In our sole discretion) is objectionable or restricts or inhibits any other person from using or enjoying our Website or Services, or which may expose Our Company, Our affiliates, or Our Users to any harm or liability or any type.
10. Subscriptions
- BILLING AND RENEWAL: We do not automatically renew subscriptions. Paid App subscriptions are good for 1 year (365 days) from the date of payment.
- FREE TRIAL: We offer a 7-day free trial to new users who register with the App. This is to allow Users to have time to ensure the Service is useful to them. The account will be charged at the end of the free trial.
- CANCELLATION: You can cancel your Service at any time. If you have questions or are unsatisfied with our Services, please contact us at pcsmeapp@gmail.com
- REFUNDS POLICY: All sales are final and no refunds will be issued.
11. Limited License
Grid LLC grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access the Website and Services strictly in accordance with this Agreement. Your use of our Website and Services is solely for internal, personal, noncommercial purposes unless otherwise provided for in this agreement. No printout or electronic version of any part of our Website or Services may be used by you in litigation or arbitration matter whatsoever under any circumstances.
If you access the Services via the App, then we grant you revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited right to install and use the App on wireless electronic devices owned or controlled by you, and to access and use the app on such devices strictly in accordance with the terms and conditions of this mobile application license contained herein. Please also see applicable terms from the App Distributor (Apple Store, Google Play, etc.).
12. Third-Parties
Our Website publishes content supplied by third parties, Users, Advertisers, Merchants and Sponsors. Grid LLC has no editorial control over such content. Any opinions expressed or made available by third parties, including Users, Advertisers, Merchants and Sponsors, are those of the respective author(s) and not of Grid LLC.
Our Service may contain links to other websites that are not operated by Us. If You click on a third party link, You will be directed to that third party’s site. We have no control over and assume no responsibility for the content, privacy policies or practices of any third-party sites, the products or services offered by third-party Merchants. We are not a party to any transaction(s) entered into between you and Merchants. You agree that use of or purchase from such Merchants is AT YOUR SOLE RISK AND WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND BY US.
13. Advertisers
We allow advertisers to display their advertisements and other information in certain areas of the Services, such as sidebar advertisements or banner advertisements. We simply provide the space to place such advertisements, and we have no other relationship with advertisers.
14. Services Management
We reserve the right, but not the obligation, to:
- Monitor the Services for violations of these Legal Terms;
- Take appropriate legal action against anyone who, in our sole discretion, violates the law or these Legal Terms, including without limitation, reporting such user to law enforcement authorities;
- In our sole discretion and without limitation, refuse, restrict access to, limit the availability of, or disable any User Contributions;
- In our sole discretion and without limitation, notice, or liability, to remove from the Services or otherwise disable all files and content that are excessive in size or are in any way burdensome to our systems; and
- Otherwise manage the Services in a manner designed to protect our rights and property and to facilitate the proper functioning of the Services.

16. Intellectual Property & Copyright Infringement
We respect the intellectual property of others. If you believe that any material available on or through the Services infringes upon any copyright you own or control, please immediately notify us using the contact information provided below. Please be advised that pursuant to federal law you may be held liable for damages if you make material misrepresentations in a Notification. Thus if you are not sure, you should consider first contacting an attorney.
All Notifications should meet the requirements of the Digital Millenium Copyright Act (DMCA) 17 U.S.C § 512(c)(3).
17. Term & Termination
These Legal Terms shall remain in full force and effect while you use the Services. Without limiting any other provision of these legal terms, we reserve the right to, in our sole discretion and without notice or liability, deny access to and use of the Services (including blocking certain IP Addresses), to any person for any reason or for no reason, including without limitation for breach of any representation, warranty, or covenant contained in these Legal Terms or of any applicable law or regulation. We may terminate your use or participation in the Services or delete your account and any content or information that you posted at any time, without warning.
18. Modifications & Interruptions
We reserve the right to change, modify, or remove the contents of the Services at any time or for any reason at our sole discretion without notice. However, we have no obligation to update any information on our Services. We also reserve the right to modify or discontinue all or part of the Services without notice at any time.
We cannot guarantee the Services will be available at all times. We may experience hardware, software, or other problems or need to perform maintenance related to the Services, resulting in interruptions, delays, or errors. We have no liability whatsoever for any loss, damage, or inconvenience caused by your inability to access or use the Services during any downtime or discontinuance of the Services.
19. Dispute Resolution
- INFORMAL NEGOTIATIONS: To expedite resolution and control the cost of any dispute, controversy, or claim related to these Legal Terms brought by either you or us, the Parties agree to first attempt to negotiate any Dispute informally before initiating arbitration. Such informal negotiations commence upon written notice from one party to the other party.
- BINDING ARBITRATION: If the parties are unable to resolve a dispute through informal negotiations, the dispute will be finally and exclusively resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the commercial arbitration rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA). The arbitration will be conducted in Alaska.
- COURT PROCEEDINGS: If for any reason, a dispute proceeds in court rather than arbitration, the dispute shall be commenced or prosecuted in the state and federal courts located in the Municipality of Anchorage, Alaska, and the parties hereby consent to, and waive all defenses of lack of personal jurisdiction, and forum non conveniens with respect to venue and jurisdiction in such state and federal courts.
- RESTRICTIONS: The parties agree that any arbitration shall be limited to the dispute between the parties individually. No arbitration shall be joined with any other proceeding. There is no right or authority for any dispute to be arbitrated on a class-action basis or to utilize class action procedures. There is no right for any dispute to be brought in a purported representative capacity on behalf of the general public or any other persons.
- TIMELINESS: Any cause of action by you with respect to our Website or Service must be instituted within one (1) year after the cause of action arose or be forever waived and barred.
20. Limitations of Liability
In no event will our company or its directors, employees or agents be liable to you or any third party for any direct, indirect, consequential, exemplary, incidental, special, or punitive damages, including lost profit, lost revenue, loss of data, or other damages arising from your use of the Services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
21. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold us and our partners, agents, officers, directors, employees, subcontractors, and subsidiaries harmless against any loss, damage, liability, claim, expense, or demand, including reasonable attorneys’ fees and expenses, arising out of your violation of this Agreement or use of our Website or Services.
